Nine sculptural pendant families, made to order in Szentendre, Hungary, in 25 to 40 business days. Every model can be made to a custom size, shape and colour; single pieces and project quantities are quoted the same way, within 24 hours. What can be customised on a Loomiosa pendant?
Size, shape, colour and cable length: every model can be made to a custom size, and the shape can be adapted, for example a flatter profile for a low ceiling. The five anodised finishes (Pearl, Grey, Black, Orange, Dark Green) are standard; custom colours are possible on request, and the textile cable is cut to any length at no extra cost. Two-tone versions exist on the Quadra, Leaf, Model 8 and Galaxy in four fixed combinations. Ask for the custom option when you request the quote; the lead time and price come back with it.
What are the lead time and the minimum order?
Production takes 25 to 40 business days depending on the model, plus shipping, and there is no minimum quantity: a single piece and a project run are quoted the same way. Colour and quantity can affect the lead time, so the exact figure comes with the quote, within 24 hours. The Leaf ships fully assembled; every other model arrives partially assembled, with the tubes mounted on site, which is what keeps the larger pendants shippable. The electrical connection is always made by a qualified electrician.
Which drawings and files are available?
Scale drawings for every size, with each measurement in centimetres, are on the downloads page as PDF, together with the product catalogue. A precise 3D model of any lamp is available on request, as are DWG, IES and rendering assets: write to hello@loomiosa.com with the model and size, and we send them the same day.
Which ratings and certifications apply?
All models are rated IP20 and built to IEC protection Class II for 230 V, for dry interior spaces. Lamps for the United States and Canada are fitted with E26 sockets instead of E27 (the GU10 models Delta and Quadra keep their sockets), and every electrical component is UL listed; bulbs are not included with US models. The Libra, with its built-in LED module, is currently not available in North America. Materials: anodised aluminium tubes held in 3D-printed PA12 brackets, assembled by hand; the Aloura and Space add frosted glass.
Which collection suits a lobby, a restaurant or a gallery?
The Aloura was designed for large, spacious areas like hotel lobbies: 136 cm across, on a 300 cm cable, the largest piece we make. For rooms with height, the Leaf, whose elongated form was drawn for high interiors and reaches 127 cm; for a low ceiling, the Galaxy, whose flat profile hangs at an angle and stays out of the sightline. Over a long table or bar counter the Libra, a single line of light at 127 or 190 cm with a built-in LED module; over individual tables, the Quadra in groups of two or three. The recommendation for a specific room comes from the designer, Daniel Mato, with the quote.
Where has Loomiosa been shown and recognised?
Four A' Design Award pieces: the Leaf won Platinum in 2019, the Aloura Silver in 2026, the Space Silver and the Diva Bronze in 2018. Dezeen featured the Leaf in its showroom in 2021. How do I order for a project?
Directly from the workshop, worldwide: send the model and size, finish, quantity, ceiling height and the destination country, and the quote with the lead time comes back within 24 hours. Retail partners hold the lamps in Sweden, Poland, France, Lithuania, Ukraine, New Zealand and, for the United States and Canada, Lumens. Net prices are on every product page; orders are placed through the quote.
